- How long have you been in the food industry? We started in September of 2022
- Explain the making of your food site. Your favorite event so far? Each event comes with its own unique opportunities. Each event is different from the personalities you meet, to the report you build with customers who follow you to each event. The strand night markets have a great vibe, but the PUFT family events are also amazing. Seeing so many children enjoy all the activities is a pleasure.
- What have you got for the public in 2023? Anything exciting? We are aiming to bring more of the American-style BBQ to Townsville, with hopes of attending a trip overseas to TEXAS to see how the real American burgers and RIBS are smoked.
- What's your food vision? To bring Authentic Street AMERICAN STYLE food to Townsville.
